Pull up a chair.
Hi, I’m Roz.
I’ve spent a lot of my life helping people move things forward.
Projects. Teams. Ministries. Ideas. People.
But somewhere along the way, the questions became more personal.
For nearly three decades, I built a career in technology, eventually moving into program management, where much of my work involved taking something complicated and figuring out how to move it forward.
At the same time, ministry was always part of my life. I’ve spent more than forty years serving, teaching, mentoring, leading women, asking questions about faith, and learning what it means to follow God when life doesn’t unfold the way you expected.
What happens when the life you built no longer fits the season you're entering?
Who are you when the roles that once defined you begin to change? And they will change!
And what if God isn't finished with you yet? Which is a truth for all of us.
I know what it feels like to reach a place where you have to literally look again, or what I like to call reframe.
There are seasons when the things that once felt certain and comfortable suddenly don't.
Sometimes even your faith gets quieter and a little more complicated after everything you've been through.
I’ve lived through enough transitions, disappointments, losses, unexpected turns, and unanswered questions to know that transformation rarely arrives wrapped in a neat little package.
Sometimes it begins with an uncomfortable question like…
Your relationships change.Your responsibilities change.Your body changes. I don't like this one!And your dreams change.
Is there more?
I'm not talking about more achievement or trying harder or filling every empty space with something to do.
But really exploring more of the woman God created me to be. I have this deep need for doing what's meaningful for me as I enter into this beautiful, older... okay, mature season.
That question is part of what led me here.
Live Reframed grew out of my own need to see differently.
Sometimes we don't need to reinvent ourselves.
We need to look again. We need to reframe.
What do I mean by that?
I didn't create Live Reframed because I had life figured out.
I created it because I know what it is to stand in the middle of change and realize that the way you've always seen yourself may not be the way God sees you. Honestly, we probably miss that mark often because of doubt, fear, or exhaustion.
Here's what I am learning.
Separating who we really are from the titles we've carried, the expectations we've lived under, the things that happened to us, and even the versions of ourselves that once served us well.
That is what reframing means to me.
It is not pretending the past didn't happen. And it's not putting a positive spin on something painful.
But allowing God to show us another way of seeing.
Why women 50+?
Because I believe this season deserves more than conversations about slowing down.
There is wisdom, experience, and gifting here. There are questions we finally have the courage to ask.
And sometimes there are dreams we've quietly put away because we assumed their time had passed.
I don't believe our later chapters are meant to be smaller simply because they are later. I believe there are things God has placed inside us that may make more sense now than they ever did before.
Live Reframed is a place to explore that.
Not from a pedestal, but around a table.
Woman to woman with honesty, curiosity, biblical truth, and room for God to surprise us.

And yes, I still have questions.
That matters to me.
Faith has never meant pretending I understand everything God does. It's about learning that I can bring Him what I don't understand and still trust who He is. I believe that's what it's all about. Being raw and honest with God.
I shared this recent part of my journey in my book, Making Space for Doubt.
And in many ways, it reflects the same heart behind Live Reframed.
There should be room for the questions, for discovery, to change your mind, to grieve what was, to imagine what could still be. But most importantly, there should be room to hear God again.
So, that's a little about me.
I'm an author, teacher, mentor, former technology leader, wife, mom, grandmother, and a woman still discovering things about herself and God. And I love this journey.
I’m the founder of Live Reframed, but I’m walking this road too.
I'm not interested in telling women what their next chapter should look like.
I'd much rather create the kind of space where we can ask better questions, listen carefully, and discover what God may already be stirring in our hearts.
Where do I begin?
Wondering what's next?
