• To send the emails you signed up for, such as reflections, resources, and updates.
• To read and reply to messages you send us.
• To keep this website and our forms working properly and protected from misuse.

Sending us a message through the contact form does not add you to our email list. We will only use your contact details to respond to you.

We use a small number of trusted providers to run this website and deliver messages:

• Mailchimp stores our email list and sends our newsletters. Mailchimp processes your information under its own privacy policy.
• Email delivery and mailbox providers deliver contact form messages to our inbox (including Zoho Mail, where we receive and read them).
• Website hosting providers serve this website and may process technical information, such as IP addresses, as part of delivering pages securely.

These providers handle information only as needed to provide their services to us.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We do not share it with others for their own marketing.

This website currently does not use advertising trackers, tracking pixels, or analytics tools. If that changes, we will update this policy before doing so.

We take reasonable steps to protect the information you share, including secure (HTTPS) connections and limiting access to the accounts and tools that hold it. No method of sending or storing information online is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Live Reframed is created for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has shared information with us, please contact us and we will delete it.
